Sarah Brandow is a globally recognized nutrition expert, educator, and entrepreneur specializing in gut health, cellular nutrition, and lifestyle optimization. She served as the Director of Nutrition at BioXcellerator, the world leader in regenerative medicine and stem cell treatments. In this role, she leads clinical nutrition research, develops patient dietary protocols, and provides educational content through webinars, articles, and international speaking engagements.
Sarah earned her Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Westminster in London, graduating top of her class in 2014. Over the past decade, she has worked with clients and organizations in more than 15 countries, including professional athletes, luxury hotels, wellness resorts, and corporate teams — helping them design food systems and menus that are both nutrient-dense and performance-driven.
In 2020, Sarah co-founded Vitabowl, a Los Angeles-based superfood meal company built on her principles of anti-inflammatory, plant-forward nutrition. In 2023, she expanded her mission with The Better Donut in Tulum, Mexico — the world’s first truly organic, plant-based donut shop — merging her passion for whole foods with culinary creativity.
Her programs go far beyond diet. Sarah integrates emotional wellbeing, behavioral psychology, nervous system regulation, and sleep optimization into every plan — empowering people to transform their biology, mindset, and energy sustainably.
